Engineering

We provide such design services as concept, basic and detail design, feasibility studies, building permits or environmental impact assessment.

Procurement & Expediting

To meet the expectations of the market, we offer, independently
of the general contracting, the breakdown of individual services into individual steps. Procurement and Expediting Service are some of the crucial steps, especially for Long Lead Items such
as electrolysers, compressing units and hydrogen storage.

Supervising and Construction Management

We offer supervision and construction management services, including under the EPCm formula.

Optimization & Technical Analysis

One of the first steps of a good project is the proper analysis of RES assets and the selection of electrolysis unit capacity, both from the side of selecting a hybrid RES model under the expected hydrogen production and the selection of electrolyzer capacity for the energy production capacity at hand.

Concept design & Feasibility Study

The next step after the technical analysis is to check the technical feasibility of the assumed installation in the planned area. The conceptual design and feasibility study answer the main questions in terms of primarily technological as well as architectural branches (along with the plot plan of the plant) and allow calculating the first, basic CAPEX.

Basic Design

If we plan to detail a bit the conceptual design, by adding all the design branches and calculating the next CAPEX accuracy, many investors decide to develop a basic design for the installation even before taking FID. The basic design allows us to estimate CAPEX with an accuracy of 10-15%, through electrical, structural, instrumentation, mechanical or sanitary designs.

Detail Design

The detail design phase defines the complete specification of the geometry, materials, and tolerances of all the parts of the plant through the provision of detail drawings and general assembly plan. It includes all industrial engineering disciplines – process, architecture, civil, piping and mechanical, instrumentation and electrical. The result of this phase is the complete and precise physical description of all the parts in the plant.

Procurement Service

We offer procurement service as a key investment step both before and after FID. Proper selection of technology, integration of various solutions and ensuring guaranteed parameters is key to the success of an effective installation.

Expediting Service

Immediately after the procurement process, the expediting stage begins. Technology suppliers expect continuous technical consultation to meet the customer’s expectations, and the customer needs assurance that the delivered technology will be exactly what they ordered.
